Refund and Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your canvas must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and returned in its original packaging.

Customizations, framed options, or limited edition prints cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your canvas arrives damaged or defective, please contact us via our website contact form or write to “contact [at] lxkeys [dot] com” with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping Returns

To return your canvas, please contact us first using the method above to receive the correct return address and instructions.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • For valuable artworks, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Limited Edition Notice

All LXKeys canvases are limited edition and individually numbered. Returning an item may affect availability, so replacements are subject to stock at the time of return.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for damaged or defective items. To request an exchange, contact us using the method above.
