Acquisition

Acquire an original

Acquisition begins with a request. LXKeys reviews the request, agrees the transaction where applicable and records the canonical event before any certificate is produced.

Registry first

The Registry is the canonical source for LXKeys-recognized ownership continuity. Certificates of authenticity, acquisition, transfer or reconciliation are generated only after the corresponding finalized Registry record exists.

Continuity

A private resale can be legally valid without LXKeys registration. If the Registry is not updated, the LXKeys continuity chain becomes out of sync or broken and the privileges associated with the work remain attached to the last recognized Registry state until reconciliation.

Spatium rights

Where the work opens a privileged Spatium position, access is derived from the canonical certificate issued after Registry finalization. A later registered transfer revokes the prior entitlement and creates the new recognized entitlement.
